Lots of battered dishes with no mention of a separate fryer take points off. Every menu is read dish by dish with that criterion and the place gets a score from 0 to 100; in each entry you will see the score, the reason and the dishes that justify it. Never from the name: «healthy», «fit» or «light» do not count.
