By using Find It Fit you accept these terms. Please read them; they are written to be easy to understand.

Legal notice: who is behind Find It Fit

Find It Fit is published by Àlex González Iglesias, in a personal capacity, based in Spain, contact email hola@finditfitapp.com. Find It Fit will be free for the first months after launch: there is no third-party advertising and its contents are not sold. The site finditfitapp.com is hosted on Vercel and the domain is managed through Cloudflare.

What Find It Fit is

Find It Fit is an app and a website for discovering healthy, organic and fit places (restaurants, food shops and cafés) on a map. We show information about places that comes from public sources, from the businesses themselves and from the community.

Your account and minimum age

To use the social features you need an account with truthful details. You must be at least 14 years old to sign up. You are responsible for the security of your account.

Proper use

Use Find It Fit in good faith. Do not post content that is false, offensive or not yours. Reviews must reflect real experiences.

Reviews and user content

You are responsible for the content you post. You can edit or delete your reviews. If you see inappropriate content you can report it and we will review it; we will take down content that breaches these rules or the law.

Information about places

We try to keep the data (opening hours, address, prices) correct, but it can change or contain errors. We recommend confirming with the place before travelling. Photos marked as “reference image” are illustrative and do not correspond to that specific place.

Important notice about health and allergies

Find It Fit is a discovery tool, NOT a medical source. Dietary labels (gluten-free, vegan, allergy-friendly, etc.) are indicative and come from third parties. If you have an allergy, intolerance or medical condition, ALWAYS confirm directly with the place before eating. Do not make health decisions based on this information alone.

Business accounts

If you manage a place, you undertake that the information you publish is truthful. We may verify or take down listings that breach these rules.

Liability

Find It Fit is a discovery tool; we are not responsible for your experience at any given place, for whether a place is suitable for a particular diet or allergy, or for information provided by third parties (businesses or users). You use Find It Fit at your own risk.

Map and place data

Maps use free styles by © CARTO with data from © OpenStreetMap and its contributors, available under the ODbL licence. Some of the place information comes from OpenStreetMap.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If there are significant changes, we will give notice. Continuing to use Find It Fit after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
