Find It Fit lists 586 places in Брусель (Бельгія): 377 restaurants, 93 cafés and 116 food shops. Of the restaurants and cafés, 351 are vegetarian, 130 have the menu analysed dish by dish (5143 different dishes) and 84 have the price worked out from their menu. This guide picks the 15 whose menu offers the most, for anyone who eats no meat or fish.
How we choose

- What the menu says comes first. For someone who eats vegetarian what counts is real main dishes (not sides or «one salad»), with varied protein: legumes, tofu, tempeh, eggs, cheese, nuts (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). A menu scores if the whole place is vegetarian or vegan (45), for each vegetarian main (4, up to 32), for each different protein source (3, up to 9) and if dishes are marked on the menu (5). Each place gets a score from 0 to 100 and the list follows that order; under each one you will see why, and the dishes that justify it.
